The Westminster Government has recently launched two Consultations that will have a lasting impact of the self-catering sector in England. These are far less interventionist and damaging than those introduced in Scotland and proposed in Wales, but we must respond in good numbers to both these Consultations in advance of the 7 June deadline for responses in order to shape the future of our industry.

PASC UK will be providing Guidance notes on helping you respond to these Consultations to try and help get the best outcome for all involved in the sector. As documents, recordings of webinars and further papers are completed, they will be added on the due dates published below. Please support the work that PASC UK is doing on your behalf on these Consultations and consider joining here: https://www.pascuk.co.uk//join-pasc-uk/

Joining PASC will give the professional self-caterer access to all that is happening regarding the taxation and regulatory landscape in which we work. A professional team will be lobbying on your behalf to try achieve a fairer balance of taxation and regulation for the professional self-catering sector. We have PR and lobbying partners to assist us in carrying out this role.
