All PASC UK Members get direct access to the team that are here to support you. The PASC UK team has grown dramatically over the last 18 months, and all are experienced in the sector to both support and advocate on your behalf.
All Members get email support. Over the years we have been asked thousands and thousands of questions that we have researched and checked before responding. This knowledge bank is the best in the sector.
Regular online Members Meetings. These meetings are held by Zoom and enable PASC UK Members to ask questions face to face with the PASC UK team and other Members. We hold General PASC UK Members meetings and Wales Specific ones due to the additional threats in Wales.
In Person meetings held across England and Wales, during the course of the year, we try to visit as many of the regions of England and Wales so that we can meet as many Members face to face as possible and get feedback about their businesses and what more PASC UK can do to support them.
Legal Pack, this includes draft Terms and Conditions, written by expert solicitors and ready to use. The pack also gives you all the guidance you need to do CCTV legally, plus pre-written Cookie Policies and Privacy Policies.
Large resource of Members only papers, the PASC UK Members area has a huge range of Reports and Papers to help you run your business. From EV Charging, Hampers, Business Rates, to technical papers on how you can do longer-term short term lets (winter lets) and much more.
PASC UK Buying Club, is free as part of Membership and is well established with almost 1500 PASC UK Members taking advantage of discounts from Screwfix, B&Q, Curry’s, eSpares, and more, plus an energy buying club service and so much more.
To join PASC UK, please select the appropriate membership below (Property Owners – 1 Letting Property, 2-4 Letting Properties, 5-10 Letting Properties, 10+ Letting Properties, Agency Membership or a Non Commission Listing Site), and complete the short membership sign up form. With the exception of the Agency Membership, you can pay your annual membership securely online when you sign up. An invoice will be sent to you once payment has been received.
