What is an HMRC Registration Letter?

An HMRC Registration letter that is often described as the evidence required for grants schemes such as the workplace or home charging schemes for Electric Vehicles. According to HMRC it is as follows:

An HMRC letter would be a letter in the business’s (or persons) name and address and would normally have the tax reference number on it (UTR or Unique Tax Reference number). The details attached to the letter will have to match the details provided when applying for a charging scheme voucher in order for the voucher to be approved.
