On this webpage we will make available the PASC UK policy positions on the interventions, both Tax and Regulatory, into the professional self-catering sector. These will be updated as the situation changes. The current version is July 2026, and this will be updated shortly to reflect updates on the Overnight Levy in England announced on 10 September and also developments on the Visitor levy in Wales on 9 September, where it looks like Conwy may well not go ahead with a Levy at this time.
The policy positions are discussed at length by the Policy team, at our Monday meetings between 1230 and 1430. They are constantly reviewed, and where necessary updated, or nuanced.
