VisitEngland regularly updates the Pink Book which outlinies regulatory requirements for accommodation providers and attractions in England. The newest is the 13th Edition, and both the 12th and 13th Edition’s have been sponsored by PASC UK.
‘The Pink Book: legislation for tourist accommodation and attractions’ provides guidance for running an accommodation business or attraction on issues ranging from food hygiene and health and safety to business management and tax.
